And I have so many things to do in the list I don't know where to start! I have long noticed my growing black roots so Angela decided to dye for me that afternoon! I chopped off quite a big portion of my stubborn tresses and fried ends mercilessly as well!
I didn't have a real good start for the day. I met the kids for art class in the day, and had a brief dinner with my family at my favorite restaurant. It's funny that the older you grow, the lesser you remind yourself the significance of your birthday. I no longer feel that excited. But still, there's always something special about your particular day; something that's glowing within.
And when I drag along the whole list of wishes in FB, I saw his, I remove that ridiculous post, and I get on with my life.
But Matt came to school that day and surprised me with a cake and gift( Ya with the full cooperation of Angela!) Not some other cakes but Choco Exotic from Four Leaves! It's the signature cake introduced by Aiwee since secondary school and we buy it every year without fail! Angela wanted to be the first to wish and buy me the prettiest necklace I've been eyeing for so long. Bee Lan secretly left a little gift in my cabinet. Clay treated me dinner after she came back from Batam. Aiwee and Meng treated me dinner and Koi too! And ya, I can't use words to describe how my siblings have pampered me like a princess all the time, though I strongly deny!
Yes, all these little gestures were the biggest effort made just to make my week unforgettable.

Well, maybe it's not that bad to be 18 years old with 4 years of experience!
